So kicked is the Baywatch team by Priyanka Chopra’s bad-girl act that the director Seth Gordon and the film’s lead Dwayne Johnson have decided to increase her role. The decision was taken last month apparently after watching our Desi Girl rock it with The Rock. Also, lest we forget, Priyanka’s popularity in America and the West has been increasing since her stellar appearance in two seasons of Quantico.
Says a source in the know about the development, “Priyanka’s growth in popularity is staggering. And the Baywatch gang is immensely pleased with her performance as the female villain. Everyone felt there was more she could do for her character on screen. And since the film’s release is some way off, they decided to shoot additional scenes with Priyanka and The Rock.”
The additional shooting was carried out in complete secrecy. And all we know is that Priyanka’s hotness quotient is just about to go up by many pegs. Cheers to that.
