In her past few ventures, Kangna Ranaut seems to have lived up to the title of Queen of Hearts in its true sense. The actress returns with a much powerful role in the film Rangoon, a Casablanca style love triangle. We already got a glimpse of her dancing in ‘Bloody Hell’ and ‘Mere Piya’ and here’s yet another song from the same film.
The foot tapping number ‘Tippa’ is a remake of Vishal and Gulzar’s old title track of ‘Alice In Wonderland’ which will make us get up and shake a leg. The fun filled track revolves around Kangna Ranaut dancing in a train as she is in a happy-go-lucky mood grooving around. Through the track, Shahid Kapoor, who is given the task of protecting Kangna is seen in a grim mood throughout. The song is a peppy number and will make you fall in love with it instantly.
Sung by Sukhwinder Singh, Rekha Bhardwaj, Sunidhi Chauhan and O.S. Arun, the lyrics are penned by Gulzar. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banners of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, Rangoon is set at the backdrop of Second World War and is all set to hit the theatres on February 24.
