After the stupendous success of the Golmaal series, the hit director Rohit Shetty had announced the much awaited fourth instalment of Golmaal franchise and named it as Golmaal Again. This edition of Golmaal Again will see a handful of additions in the form of Parineeti Chopra, Tabu, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Prakash Raj.
Recently, while the film was being shot in Mumbai, the unit had a surprise visitor in the form of the ‘never-say-tired’ Ranveer Singh, who was shooting for an ad commercial in the same studio. A source from production said, “Ranveer Singh was shooting a commercial in the same studio. And, when he learnt that Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn were shooting on the premises, he strolled across to meet them. The impeccable trio of Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh spent half-an-hour chatting.” The trio was joined by the effervescent Parineeti Chopra. Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh spoke at length about Golmaal Again and comedy, which happens to be Ranveer Singh’s favourite genre.
Readers may recall that while Ranveer Singh had earlier worked with Rohit Shetty in a path breaking ad commercial for a noodle brand, he had also worked with Parineeti Chopra in Kill Dil. Even though the film did not live upto the expectations at the Box-Office, their pairing was very much appreciated.
Golmaal Again, which is being directed by Rohit Shetty, has an ensemble cast which comprises of Ajay Devgn, Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Shreyas Talpade, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Tabu. The film is scheduled for a Diwali 2017 release.
