This behind the scene video of Chandralekha reveals that Jacqueline Fernandez suffered injury

Jacqueline Fernandez took the audience by a storm with the recently released song ‘Chandralekha’ from her film A Gentleman, courtesy her extremely flexible dance moves. A recent behind the scenes video of the track however reveals that it definitely wasn’t a cakewalk for the actress.

Jacqueline Fernandez is known for her groovy numbers and her dancing skills are often applauded in almost all of her films. Continuing the trend, the actress went a step ahead for her upcoming film A Gentleman – Sundar, Susheel, Risky. For the song ‘Chandralekha’, we saw Jacqueline performing a pole dance and her stunts definitely has left many awestruck.

In fact, the song has gained popularity owing to her dance moves and now Jacqueline Fernandez shared a video of behind the scenes shoot of ‘Chandralekha’ on Instagram. Not only was she thrilled to see the video as she relived the moments but she also thanked Milan Pole Dance studio as well as her pole dance instructor Roksolana Chubenko for helping her with the same. She posted, “This was such an awesome experience @lanaroxy @mpdsdubai learning pole with you!! #Chandralekha would not have been complete without it … thank you my @shaanmu @sharmajikaladka for this awesome behind the scenes!!”

Furthermore, what we weren’t aware of was the fact that Jacqueline Fernandez got injured while shooting the dance sequence and was surviving on painkillers almost throughout the routine. In fact, the actress herself confessed about it in the video shared by her on Instagram.

A Gentleman – Sundar, Susheel, Risky is directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K and features Sidharth Malhotra as the male protagonist. The film is slated to release on August 26.
