Although she was appreciated for her comic timing in her debut film [Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl], Parineeti Chopra will be doing a full-fledged comic caper for the first time with Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again. While she has come across some popular comedy actors from the fraternity, she was more than happy to shoot with the veteran comedian Johnny Lever.
Johnny Lever has been an integral part of Rohit Shetty’s films in the past and now he will be seen in Golmaal Again too. In fact, whilst shooting for their forthcoming film, Parineeti Chopra revealed a rather interesting thing about Johnny Lever, wherein she posted that the comedian gets irritated by tickling. Here’s a video shared by Parineeti Chopra on Instagram saying, “Tickling him he hates it…@iamjohnnylever #GolmaalAgain.”
In fact, the entire team of the film Golmaal Again is currently in Hyderabad shooting in the famous studio, Ramoji Film City.
While Parineeti Chopra has replaced Kareena Kapoor Khan as the leading lady in the franchise, other actors from the film have been retained. Golmaal Again stars Ajay Devgn in the leading role along with Arshad Warsi, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor and it also has Tabu, Neil Nitin Mukesh playing prominent roles. The film is slated to release in October this year.
