He is the evergreen actor and continues to be one of the coolest dads of Bollywood. Anil Kapoor, besides being the chilled out father also has a good sense of humour and this is definitely a proof of it!
Anil Kapoor, who is quite active on social media, recently came across a rather interesting picture that was taken during the Vogue Awards that was held a few days ago. The picture featured Sonam Kapoor looking into her phone as Anil, from a distance, trying to get a peek into her phone. Well we would definitely call it meme worthy as some sites captioned it saying, ‘Guns don’t kill people… dads with pretty daughters do.”
Taking the comments in his stride, Anil Kapoor took to Instagram to make an intriguing comment about his ‘spying’ picture wherein he responded, “Over protective father caught on camera! I guess I am guilty as charged :p @sonamkapoor.”
Well, we would say this friendly yet smart response by the actor definitely brought a smile on our faces. Furthermore, while we rarely get to see the real life father that Anil Kapoor is on social media platforms, this one definitely comes as a welcome change.
On the film front, Anil Kapoor recently expressed his pride over daughters Rhea Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor working together for Bollywood’s first quintessential chick flick Veere Di Wedding which also features Kareena Kapoor Khan in a leading role. As for the actor, he is working on Fanney Khan along with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao.
