Amitabh Bachchan is one happy grandfather today as little munchkin Aaradhya Bachchan is celebrating her birthday. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya turned 6 years old today. While the little one received tremendous amount of love on social media, granddad Amitabh Bachchan also penned down a heartfelt note for her.
In a heartfelt message on his blog, Amitabh Bachchan shared a photograph of Aaradhya holding a poster with a picture of her on it from the time when she was just a few months old. He wrote, “The eve of the birth of the little one .. the blessing of her in our home and in our presence .. and to be in celebration for her 6th .. When she shall tell us how much she has grown .. its actually 6 years but its 60 for most of us .. !!! hahahaa .. !!”
Amitabh Bachchan shared another picture of the happy family- Abhishek, Aishwarya, and Aaradhya from their recent holiday. He further added, “Her presence makes the happiness in our home and in the environ she presents herself in .. as ever .. bright and sprightly and one of maturity beyond .. And the love of them that gave her to us.”
On his Twitter account, he shared a lovely photo of Aaradhya as he thanked the fans for sending her birthday wishes. He wrote, “To them all that have wished with greetings for Aaradhya .. my gratitude and thanks … your wishes and blessings shall always be cherished with love .”
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Umesh Shukla’s 102 Not Out. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan as a 102-year-old man and father of Rishi Kapoor. Besides this, the megastar will be seen in an extended cameo in Akshay Kumar‘s PadMan. He is also starring alongside Aamir Khan in Thugs of Hindostan which is helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. The film is set for November 2018 release.
