Just three days after Dabangg 2 went on floors, cinematographer Senthil Kumar, famous for his outstanding cinematography in Telegu films like Yamadonga, Arundhati and Magadheera has been replaced by cinematographer Aseem Kumar.

Arbaaz Khan impressed with Senthil’s work in Telugu cinema, had asked him to be a part of his maiden directorial venture. In fact Senthil had flown in much before the film went on floors to be involved in the pre-production as well.

Senthil was to make his Bollywood debut with Dabangg 2 but reportedly Salman Khan was not to happy with his work and got him replaced with Aseem Kumar, who is the cinematographer of his film Ek The Tiger.

The story goes that after shooting for three days, Salman and Senthil realized that they were not on the same page. Salman was not happy with Senthil’s cinematography pace and since Aseem Kumar’s work in Ek The Tiger really impressed him, he decided to replace Senthil with Aseem.

Aseem will start work on Dabangg 2 from tomorrow.
