Do you remember the sensuous number ‘Dhak Dhak’ from the Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit film Beta? Well, every Bollywood buff would answer that one in positive! And now the couple along with their director Indra Kumar will be joining yet again and it is for the film Total Dhamaal. While the forthcoming 2018 release is quite different from the 1992 release, we hear that the curiosity to see the couple on screen is equally intriguing and exciting. So now, it is being said that Total Dhamaal will feature them shaking a leg to a song.
The said track will be the title track of Total Dhamaal. Speaking on the same, director Indra Kumar stated, “All three of us are shooting together 26 years after Beta and I’m excited about reuniting with my blockbuster jodi. They play husband and wife in the film and have been prepping for a while but I can’t reveal any details except that Anil goes by the name of Avinash and all of us call him Avi.”
Becoming nostalgic about their last film, Kumar added, “It’s like a Beta reunion. I remember a week before the film’s release, we picturized ‘Dhak Dhak’. We’d already received the censor certificate by then so we had to add another supplement to the certificate for the song which was incorporated later. It was a last-minute addition and created history. We were all blown away when we saw it for the first time.”
Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit are set to come back together after 18 years for Total Dhamaal. The duo starts shooting for the adventure-comedy from today in Mumbai, with grooving to the title track. They will be shooting for the film for the next 15 days.
In fact, the trio took to Twitter to speak about the said reunion:

Besides them, the song will also feature the rest of the cast. Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Mishra and Pitobash will join the couple for the song from Sunday.
