With Mumbaikars prepping up to welcome the monsoons, our Mouni Roy is rejoicing the rains in her own style. The actress is obviously celebrating this month with the trailer launch of her debut Bollywood film Gold being received well. Now, the actress posted on her social media on how she is welcoming the rains in Mumbai.

Readers may be aware that TV actress Mouni Roy is making her big screen debut with none other than superstar Akshay Kumar. The actress will be seen essaying the role of the actor’s wife in period sports film. And while she is juggling between promotions of the film, she was recently seen during the launch of her romantic track ‘Naino Ne Baandhi’ from her film Gold.

And after the same, the actress shared these pictures of her enjoying the rains. From chai-pakodas to coffee to paper boats, this season comes with its own share of shenanigans that everyone often shares on social media. But knowing Mouni’s love for dance, we weren’t surprised that the actress was dancing with joy on the gallery of her residence.

Her carefree spirit and happy smile were quite visible in the set of pictures she shared on her Instagram. “Dancing to the rains creating music …taapur tupur taapur tupur,” captioned the actress.

Speaking of her other films, Mouni Roy is expected to share screen space with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in Brahmastra. The actress has already completed her schedule abroad with the lead actors for the superhero drama. There were reports stating that she will be seen in a grey role in this Ayan Mukerji directorial.

On the other hand, she will be seen opposite John Abraham in Romeo Akbar Walter aka RAW. The Robbie Grewal directorial, based on true incidents, that unfolded in the 70s, features John in the role of a spy. While Mouni is expected to play his love interest, the other details of her character are kept under wraps.
