Mumbai: The Dhak Dhak woman and once the dancing queen and curvaceously sultry sexy lady of the tinsel town, Madhuri Dixit has turned 45 today. The entire Bollywood fraternity and her millions of fans around the world have been wishing ‘Happy Birthday’ to this gorgeous woman of Bollywood. She is making the celebration with her husband and two kids.
Dixit is in US these with her family for holidaying as she has taken the break from work to spend quality time with her family. Once back, she will start working in the movies and other projects she has signed recently. At 45, Madhuri is now once again all set to begin with new innings in Bollywood. Ms. Dixit recently signed two flicks – Dedh Ishqiya and Gulab Gang. In both of these films, Madhuri will play the powerful roles. Both of these movies are women centric.
On her birthday, her twitter page is filled with birthday wishes and she thanked all of her fans for the sweet wishes. She says that she will celebrate birthday with her hubby and two kids and there would not be any lavish plans for the birthday rather it will be a simply cake-cut function followed by family enjoyments (sources claim).
Madhuri Dixit has been in the film industry for last 28 years and her peak time started in the industry from the 1988 blockbuster Tezaab. Since that film onwards, she enjoyed super stardom in the industry till the day she tied the knot with US based doctor Sriram in 2002. She left the films post the marriage and shifted her base in the US. She returned to films in 2007 with YRF’s Aaja Nachle but the film flopped. In between, she did some reality shows. And now she shifted to Mumbai with family in 2011 to start new innings in Bollywood.
