The latest is that the Jodhpur police have lodged a case against Dibakar, Emraan Hashmi and six others on the directions of a local court following a petition objecting to the controversial song 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. The case has been registered under different sections of the IPC.

The persons who lodged a complaint- Vikas Sharma and Akash Ojha- felt that the song hurts the patriotic sentiments of Indians making a mockery of the state of affairs in our country.
