Vicky Kaushal is all smiles as he celebrates his 31st birthday in New York

Vicky Kaushal, who has been shooting for Sardar Udham Singh, took off to New York earlier this week to chill with some of his close friends. The trip is also special that he is celebrating his 31st birthday. And what better way to spend the day eating good food and having great company around him in NYC.

Sharing a couple of photos from his birthday dinner, Vicky wrote, "The smile on my face is because of the people you see in the reflection behind. Thank You guys. Also, feeling so damn blessed reading all your wonderful wishes. Thank You so much for this beautiful shower of love and blessings. Lots of love and a big hug to each one of you. And that btw, on the table, was my birthday cake!” In the pictures, one could see the cakes in the shape of French fries, chocolate shake and a burger.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal has been shooting for Shoojit Sircar’s Sardar Udham Singh. Later in the year, Vicky also be starring in Karan Johar's Takht which also stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor.
