Deepika Padukone, who was in New York recently, returned to Mumbai for a few days before leaving for Bengaluru with her father Prakash Padukone. The actress was papped by the shutterbugs at the Mumbai airport. In one of those videos, the actress was seen heading inside the airport without showing her identification card. So, she was stopped by the security at the gate.
Deepika Padukone was asked for her ID proof by the security. The actress was surprised and asked, "Chahiye?!" Later, she came back from the entrance and showed him her ID. The guard checked her ID proof before she went ahead.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone will be starring in Laxmi Agarwal's biopic, Chhapaak, alongside Vikrant Massey. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the story of acid attack survivor will release on January 10, 2020. Apart from Chhapaak, Deepika will be seen in Ranveer Singh's '83 which is being helmed by Kabir Khan. The film is set for April 20, 2020.
