Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are coming together for the first time in David Dhawan's directorial film, Coolie No 1. The two of them are reprising Govinda and Karisma Kapoor's roles. They recently returned to Mumbai after wrapping up the first schedule in Bangkok.
And now, the two leads have begun their rehearsals for a peppy dance number. We all know that the makers will recreate two original numbers – 'Husn Hai Suhana' and 'Main Toh Raste Se Ja Raha Tha'. As the fans are excited for them to perform the songs, it seems like Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan have begun dance rehearsals for one of the songs.
On Monday, Varun shared a photo with Sara and choreographer Ganesh Acharya, who had also choreographed the original film. "MASTERJI @ganeshacharyaa who choreographed is and OG of coolie. @saraalikhan95 #coolieno1. (Sara ji ने मेरे वस्त्र के रंग को copy किया।)," Varun wrote on Instagram. Both the lead actors are colour coordinated in yellow and black.
Directed by David Dhawan, Coolie No 1 is set to release on May 1, 2020.
