USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Veteran producer Mukesh Bhatt has been elected as the new President of the Film & Television Producers Guild of India Ltd. The election was convened on the 15th September, 2012 at the 58th Annual General Meeting. Bhatt succeeds Ramesh Sippy who has served as the President for the last two years.

While Mukesh Bhatt has been appointed as President of the Guild, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur, directors Vipul Shah, Ashutosh Gowariker and Dheeraj Kumar have been elected as Vice-President of the Guild. Ekta Kapoor and Shrishti Arya are nominated as the two new members in the newly formed Guild Council of Management for the year 2012-13.
