USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Sanjay Dutt- Vivek Oberoi starrer Sher seems to be getting embroiled in one controversy after another thanks to its producer Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd.

Just yesterday we informed you about an FIR lodged against Dhillin Mehta and Hiren Gandhi of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. for allegedly duping a man of Rs. 1.58 crores. The complaint was filed by Surendra Kala, who provided logistical support for the shooting of the film in Jaipur in May this year.

Now Ashtavinayak finds itself in further mess owing to its earlier pending dues. It may be recalled that film financer Raju Shah had moved court in June this year owing to non-payment of dues amounting to Rs. 36 crores. Shah had received cheques worth Rs. 8 crores from Ashtavinayak but the cheques had bounced. Shah had collaborated with the production house on films like Blue, Khatta Meetha and Rockstar.

In lieu of Shah's legal complaint, the Bombay High Court has now appointed a Court Receiver who will take charge of all of the film's prints and negatives keeping them in his custody till Ashtavinayak clears its pending dues.
