Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar recently walked to Siddhivinayak temple from Khar. The filmmaker has been walking to the temple every Tuesday from the last 20 years.

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar walks all the way from Khar to seek blessings at Siddhivinayak temple

After seeking blessings, Madhur Bhandarkar took to social media to post a picture of himself. Sharing his picture, the filmmaker wrote, "#Siddhivinayaktemple, Ganpati Bappa Maurya."

Madhur Bhandarkar is known for making films like Heroine, Fashion and Aan: Men At Work among others. He last made the film Indu Sarkar which released in 2017. he film is set in the period of the emergency in India, i.e. the 19-month-long period from 1975 to 1977 when there was a state of emergency across the country. The film stars Kirti Kulhari, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Anupam Kher, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Nitanshi Goel, and Supriya Vinod.
