After facing plagiarism charges, the makers of Barfi! find themselves in another un-called for controversy. Majid Yousuf Dar, a bank employee from Kashmir, has accused the makers of Barfi! of using his picture as a wanted criminal in a scene in their film without his consent.
The scene in question takes place at the Darjeeling police station where Majid's photo is alongside Ranbir's photo on the list of most wanted criminals. Majid plans to take legal action against the makers for this act.
