After months and months of names doing the rounds, the film's director Rajkumar Hirani has finally silenced all the rumors by officially announcing that Aamir's co-star will be TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Talking about this, Hirani said that the news is true that Sushant is doing the film.
Readers may be aware that the names that were doing the rounds for the much-coveted role included Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Imran Khan and Shahid Kapoor! For the uninitiated, Sushant is the same guy who played the famous role of Manav Deshmukh on Zee TV's hit serial Pavitra Rishta. Besides PK, Sushant also has YRF's next co-starring Parineeti Chopra and Abhishek Kapoor's Kai Po Che.
