Mumbai: The moviegoers have not forgotten the magic of Dilwale Dulhaniya Lejayengi and even they cannot do so since the magic is endless. Even the magic of the film left impressions on the filmmakers of Bollywood. Shah Rukh Khan is enjoying the big success with Jab Tak Hai Jaan and the cinegoers are now waiting his next release to get mesmerized with.

His next is Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express in which Khan plays the main lead opposite the dusky-curvy and leggy beauty Deepika Padukone. The film is being shot in Goa like all of Rohit Shetty’s movies. In Chennai Express, Deepika is showing an altogether different avatar – her look is of a typical south Indian girl from the village.

A scene has been shot on train that resembles with Shah Rukh’s Dilwale Dulhaniya Lejayegni. The train journey in the film enacts the central part of the movie as it works as the backdrop of the flick which takes the story ahead.

A picture of the scene has been released recently showing Shah Rukh Khan standing on the door of the train lending his hand to Deepika Padukone who is walking towards him. The scene aptly reminds of DDLJ when Khan lent his hand standing on the train’s door to Kajol who was running towards him to board on train.

The unit member of Chennai Express admits that the scene resembles with DDLJ but its essence is entirely different. The scene was shot at the Vasco Railway Station in Goa. The platform of the station was cordoned off for the film’s shooting. Since Saturday, Shah Rukh has been quite busy with the filming of this movie.

Let’s wait for the release of the film to see what this scene actually offers to the moviegoers.
