Suniel along with his wife Mana who will soon be launching two new business ventures – a lifestyle store in Mumbai and lavish villas at Khandala, under their company S2.
The lifestyle store which will be called R-House will be located in Worli near the Four Seasons hotel and will open in January. Catering to consumers, the store will stock affordable high-end quality products, with a certain percentage of imported goods while the rest will be Indian.
While the second project, Discovery, will comprise of 21 luxurious villas for nature-lovers in old Khandala. Designed by John Abraham's father and brother, each villa will cover an area of 6,500 square feet that will be very nature-friendly.
