The new season of The Family Man is poised to have a bigger scale, higher stakes, and a fiercer nemesis. Created by the duo, Raj and DK, the new season of Amazon Original Series The Family Man will mark the digital debut of superstar Samantha Akkineni who joins the stellar cast of the show including Padma Shree recipient Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, and Seema Biswas.
In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Samantha Akkineni was asked why she took the time to chose a Hindi project. She said, “Because maybe I am scared? (laughs) The talent here is amazing. I am scared.”
When asked who she would like to be paired opposite if she was cast in a romantic Bollywood film, Samantha Akkineni chose Ranbir Kapoor.
The Family Man 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 4, 2021.
