The first official teaser trailer for Marvel Studios’ Eternals has finally arrived! The third film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase Four opens in theaters on November 5, 2021. Directed by Academy Award-winner Chloé Zhao,

The trailer opens to the tunes of 'The End of the World' performed by Skeeter Davis. It showcases The Eternals arrive on Earth in a massive spacecraft. Ajak reveals their mission was to aid humanity, “We have watched and guided. We have helped them progress and seen them accomplish wonders. Throughout the years, we have never interfered, until now.”

The romance between Sersi and Ikaris spans centuries. Kumail Nanjiani's Kingo is a Bollywood performer. Sprite is a fan of karaoke. The epic story, spanning thousands of years, features a group of immortal heroes forced out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s oldest enemy, The Deviants. The trailer teases Indian wedding between Richard Madden and Gemma Chan's characters. Harish Patel makes an appearance at the end of the trailer while being seated alongside Ma Dong Seok, Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Gemma Chan and Richard Madden. Sprite ponders who will lead the Avengers now that Captain Rogers and Iron Man are gone. Ikaris boldly states, “I can lead them,” which causes the rest of the Eternals to break out in laughter.

The outstanding ensemble cast includes Richard Madden as the all-powerful Ikaris, Gemma Chan as humankind-loving Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani as cosmic-powered Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as the super-fast Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as the intelligent inventor Phastos, Salma Hayek as the wise and spiritual leader Ajak, Lia McHugh as the eternally young, old-soul Sprite, Don Lee as the powerful Gilgamesh, Barry Keoghan as aloof loner Druig, and Angelina Jolie as the fierce warrior Thena. Kit Harington plays Dane Whitman.
