This weekend, get ready for excitement to hit the roof as Zee TV’s clutter-breaking reality show Indian Pro Music League will present an enthralling Super Match consisting of all six teams. The race to the finale has kickstarted and this weekend, you will see all the teams going all out to secure their spot in the top four. However, it was special guest and Ambassador of Bengal Tigers, Govinda, who stole the show during the shoot. Chi Chi along with his wife, Sunita, and daughter, Tina, were seen as special guests on this 90s special episode and during the shoot, Govinda was seen dancing to his hit songs like 'What is your mobile number' and 'UP wala thumka,' while also sharing some interesting anecdotes from his acting career. In fact, when he saw a special video tribute being played on the stage with messages from his sister, friends, and colleagues, he was overwhelmed and went on to make some heartwarming revelations. However, it was Sunita's candid confession that actually left everyone surprised.
An emotional Govinda mentioned during the shoot, “Thank you so much for this, seeing this video made so many memories come back. I must say that there are very few lucky people who get to serve their parents and get the chance to take care of them, I have been lucky that I got a chance to serve my parents. I am really thankful. I remember how my mother used to sing every day for us and our day would start with us listening to her beautiful voice. At that time, people also used to ask her why she prays so much, but this dream of ours, getting home and being successful was the result of her, her hard work and her blessings. I never thought I will come out of that chawl, but it all happened because my mother believed in me.”
Talking about his journey, Govinda's wife Sunita also added, “In the last 36 years of marriage, I have seen him as the best brother, the best son, the best father and best husband as well. But I have one wish and that is I had a son like him because the way he was with his parents and how much he took care of them, makes me want to have a son like him.”
While Govinda and his family will surely entertain you all during the upcoming episode, wait till you see the six teams putting their best foot forward in this ‘Akhri Daur’.
