Highway fame Randeep Hooda is not a new face in the Bollywood industry. He has proved his versatility with films like Jannat 2, Rang Rasiya, Main Aur Charles, Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster, Sarbjit, and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. He won Lions Gold Awards for Favourite Actor in a Supporting Role and Stardust Awards for Best Actor in a Negative Role.

The actor posted an old picture of him with Naseeruddin Shah to wish him a happy birthday. On Instagram, he captioned it as," I don't know where I would have been in my journey had I not met you @naseeruddin49 bhai .. I still aspire for that rare pat on the back 20 years hence.. of all one feels, the feeling of gratitude remains the most overwhelming..Hoping and praying for many more birthdays to come #naseeruddinshah". The duo are seen looking at the camera wearing black and off-white shirts respectively.

The 44-year-old actor went back in time when the legendary actor had motivated and supported him in his acting career. The picture was taken on the sets of John Day directed by Ahishor Solomon featuring Naseeruddin Shah and Randeep Hooda in lead. The actor also shared screen space with Naseeruddin Shah in Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding and Veena Bakshi's The Coffin Maker. On the work front, Randeep Hooda will be seen in the web series Inspector Avinash with Urvashi Rautela.
