The premier law enforcement agency orders a special screening of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Special Chabbis’

Akshay Kumar’s new film, helmed by Neeraj Pandey, is dependent on a real-life incident which involves depicting the Central Bureau of Investigation included in the storyline. And now the investigating agency has ordered the makers to hold on to a unique screening of the movie to see if it’s been showed in poor light.

The film draws on a jewelry heist in 1983 Mumbai where con men pretending to be CBI officials robbed stores of crores of rupees. While Manoj Bajpayee plays a CBI official, Akshay essays an imitation officer.

A source states, “Given situations these days, nobody associated with film projects wish to take the minutest chance of being misrepresented. We all want to be sure they are presented in good light as well as their sentiments aren’t hurt. Obvious why even the CBI really wants to see the movie before its scheduled release.”

Based on sources linked to the film, the screening will take place early in a few days. The insider adds, “If you will find any objections or any changes to make, they’ll be properly completed before the release date.”
