Laying the blame squarely around the controversy loving Kamaal R. Khan for placing her within the dock by ascribing to her an insensitive rape comment, Sunny Leone has filed a complaint against the small-time actor.
Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone has filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell from the Mumbai Police against actor-filmmaker Kamaal R. Khan for misquoting her.
Kamaal had claimed that the actress had produced the controversial statement – “Rape isn’t a crime, it is just a surprise sex”.
“I have filed a complaint with cyber crime investigation cell against KRK asking them to take action,” Sunny, who filed it on Monday, told IANS.
The Jism 2 actress has denied that the rape statement attributed to her by Kamaal on micro-blogging website Twitter was created by her.
On Jan 31, Kamaal R. Khan had talked about on his Twitter timeline that Sunny had stated some thing to this effect.
“In normal cases, I’d have ignored this man’s tweet. However it became a problem and I’m not insensitive. Being a lady, I’m not 1 to create a loose comment on rape. At a time when the nation is in the consequences of what occurred in New Delhi, it’s disgusting for somebody to create a joke out of this,” she stated.
“I strongly condemn the man’s incorrect and insensitive statement and his false accusation of me having made a underhand remark like that,” added the actress, who’s busy working on Ragini MMS 2.
Sunny and Kamaal possess a typical string – their claim to fame in India is reality show “Bigg Boss”.
The actress is stated to have been offered a project by Kamaal earlier.
“I was informed by my manager and husband (Daniel Weber) that this man had earlier provided me a film. We had refused. Perhaps this really is his way of getting back at us,” stated Sunny Leone.
