Hrithik was in Bali, where he had gone to shoot for Mountain Dew's ad commercial which involved sky diving. Reportedly, even though he was suffering from unbearable knee pain, he popped in some painkillers and was ready for 'Lights, Camera, and Action' without uttering a single world of complaint.
When asked about the incident, the modest man said that the news wasn't true, but added that the shoot was tough.
