Salman Khan has moved a sessions court in Mumbai challenging a lower court's order against the charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder levied against him in the infamous 2002 hit-and-run case.
In his petition, Salman has called the magistrate's order 'bad in law' and 'erroneous'.
The court will hear the matter tomorrow.
