This is certainly a big project for Prithviraj considering he will be sharing screen space with Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.
Besides Happy New Year, Prithviraj will also be seen in YRF's Aurangzeb that features Arjun Kapoor in a double role.
