Besides Salman Khan, newcomer Daisy Shah and Tabu, Sohail Khan's Mental also features Ashmit Patel, Yash Tonk and Santosh Shukla.
Salman, Ashmit and Yash play 3 friends with Ashmit essaying the role of a doctor in the film. Santosh Shukla (who was last seen in Bigg Boss 6) meanwhile is the main negative lead in the film.
