USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Even though Rohit Shetty is a dedicated filmmaker and a stickler to timings, he cancelled the day's shooting of his upcoming film Chennai Express recently, after the film's stuntman Shankar Anna suffered burn injuries on Friday last week, while he was shooting for a car chase sequence in Wai. Reports say that the car which Shankar was driving developed a leak and the vehicle caught fire.

An insider from the unit said Shankar's fire suit came as a relief at that time of the mishap. He added that Rohit (who got the fire put out quickly) not only wasted no time in taking Shankar Anna to the hospital in his own car, but also made sure that the doctors attended to him. Rohit stayed over at the hospital to oversee Shankar's treatment and care.

Even though SRK wasn't on location when the mishap happened, news is that he remained in constant touch with Rohit enquiring about Shankar's treatment. He also suggested that they move him to Mumbai for better treatment.

Bollywood Hungama prays for the quick recovery of Shankar Anna.
