After his Tamil Film Kadal’s disaster, Mani Ratnam is reportedly planning a big project. At least, This is the news which is presently trending on Internet News-Portals. The filmmaker is secretly gearing up for a bilingual Tamil and Hindi made on the issue of India and Pakistan. As per the reports, Mani has zeroed in on Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor to play the lead roles. Now, the director has started finalising his technical team.
Well, To be on the Reality Side, The ace Film maker is not planning any such project. In fact, The master movie maker has not even decided the star-cast of his next film as of now. The insiders (From the Production House, Madras Talkies) chirped about Mani’s next film being a Period Love Story with two boys and one girl in the lead. And as usual, Mani Ratnam maintains his secrecy over the project. The sources also agreed this one to be a Hindi Language film after a long gap.
As far as casting of Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor goes, Aamir is busy with his Peekay and Dhoom 3, Kareena has a huge lined-up projects for herself. We wish the maverick director all the best and hope this one doesn’t become a Hindi ‘Kadal’.
