USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The latest ruling in the Dutt case may well spell doom for Sanjay Dutt, as a Mumbai court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against him after a producer moved court against the actor. It is learnt that producer Shakeel Noorani moved the Andheri court alleging that the actor did not complete his film.

This comes post the Supreme Court recently giving the actor four more weeks to complete his pending projects and surrender in the 1993 Bombay blasts case. The actor, who had earlier been asked by the court to surrender by April 18 wanted six months extension to complete his film projects before surrendering to undergo his prison term.

In its ruling, the court observed that the producers should have realized and considered that one such case was coming up and questioned as to why they went ahead with projects involving Sanjay Dutt. The court found the argument that there was a huge amount riding on him.

Apart from this the court also said that relief to Sanjay Dutt was given purely on humanitarian grounds.
