Once it's a mistake but twice it's a habit. And Indian Idol Junior's host Mandira Bedi, has done it the thrice. Starting with Kareena then Nisha Aggarwal and now finally it's Sonam's turn.
Sonam Kapoor's image in her pink and grey lipstick print Masaba Gupta Sari for Satya Paul will always be etched in everyone’s memory. The diva couldn't look more gorgeous, than in that delicate sari, which she donned at the Femina Women Awards Press Meet with gold drop down earrings, a sleek up do and luscious pink pout, whereas Mandira recently made an appearance in the same sari, on the sets of Indian Idol Junior, with drop down earrings and dewy makeup. Even though it's the same sari, Sonam carries it with much more elegance than Mandira and so it's likely Ms Kapoor gets the seal.
A picture of Mandira at the Indian Idol Junior sets in the chartreuse Carmen Marc Valvo chiffon gown was posted on twitter by her. Similar gown was worn by Kareena last year during the Agent Vinod promotions and while both used a statement neckpiece to pull off the gown, Mandira tried to differentiate the look with her earrings.
We don't wish to discourage Mandira, but the heavy jewelry was not a good touch to the elegant gown. It goofed up the entire look and sadly this time too, the seal is for Kareena.
