Few days back, we had reported that the 55-year-old Bhargav Patel, who happens to be Aditya Panscholi's neighbour had filed a police complaint against the actor for allegedly punching and assaulting him. The police then booked Aditya under sections 452 (trespassing) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The latest update is in the form of the adjoining CCTV footage which the police have got. The footage shows Patel answering the doorbell only to see an angry Aditya standing outside, who then grabs Patel's collar and drags him out of his house, slaps him and threatens him. The footage also shows an unknown third person who tries to calm Aditya down.
It's a wait and watch situation for Aditya as to what the cops will do next.
