USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Yesterday, we had reported that the upcoming Shah Rukh Khan- Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express had run into a bit of trouble with the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS). The trouble arised when MNS Chitrapat Sena (Film Wing) threatened to disrupt and stop the film's release on August 9, since the film had booked a maximum number of screens, affecting the business of Marathi film Duniyadari which is doing phenomenally well at the BO.

However, in a meeting yesterday between the makers of the film and MNS chief Raj Thackeray, the latter waved the green flag for the hassle-free release of Chennai Express in Maharashtra. Reaching this decision after listening to both parties (Chennai Express and Duniyadari), Thackeray ruled that if Duniyadari was not removed from single screen cinemas across the state, then the MNS would not object to the release and run of Chennai Express in Maharashtra.
