USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Known for his out of the box roles, Om Puri is all set to act in the film Hollywood film titled The Hundred Foot Journey. The film is an adaptation on the book by the same name written by Richard C. Morais and is produced by Steven Spielberg and Oprah Winfrey.

Om Puri who has already appeared in Hollywood films plays the role of a Muslim chef Papa who owns an Indian restaurant in a small French town. The film also stars Helen Miller as Madam Mallory along with Manish Dayal who plays Om Puri's son Hassan.

The actor will start shooting for The Hundred Foot Journey by the end of August.
