USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The entire team of Junior Indian Idol is giggling and cracking up with laughter, all thanks to Telugu superstar Ramcharan's major goof-up at the music contest's grand finale last week.

Ramcharan, new to Mumbai and its vibrant versatile and often contradictory entertainment industry, put his foot firmly in his mouth when during the recording of the finale he turned to the Junior Indian Idol judges music composers Vishal and Shekhar and told them in all sincerity that he loved their music in Chennai Express.

"Specially the 'Lungi Dance'."

An eerie embarrassed hush fell over the gathering. Ramcharan's co-star Priyanka Chopra apparently didn't know where to look.
For those who came in late, the aforementioned 'Lungi' song was actually composed by Yo Yo Honey Singh. Vishal and Shekhar who had done the rest of the Chennai Express music were deeply affronted by Honey Singh's interpolation.

Says a guest from the Junior Indian Idol finale, "For a minute everyone went deathly quiet when Ramcharan congratulated Vishal-Shekhar for the Lungi dance number. And then Priyanka Chopra was so embarrassed she spoke very fast and rushed out of the set with Ramcharan. We are sure she gave Ramcharan a mouthful because when they returned he looked red-faced and apologetic."
Needless to say, Ramcharan's lungi faux pas was duly edited from telecast.

In his defense a friend of Ramcharan says, "Ram is new to Mumbai and Bollywood. He is still trying to find his bearings here."
