"The film has a realistic theme but it would be narrated in an out and out commercial manner," informs a source, "While Vinod Khanna would be playing a Mafia don, Suniel Shetty would be enacting the part of a highly placed Government official."
Trikha was inspired by some of the current affairs around the Mafia war that had shook the nation. After the release of his last film Enemmy, which had featured Shetty, he gave final touches to this yet untitled film. New entrant A.M.A. Entertainment was happy to come on board and once Vinod Khanna (who was the antagonist in Trikha's debut film Deewanapan with Arjun Rampal) came on board, it was time to put together rest of the cast.
The film would go on floors early October and would be finished in a start-to-finish schedule by the end of November.
When contacted, Ashu Trikha confirmed the developments. He also promised that the audience would relate to the film due to its topical appeal.
