USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Censor Board, which has currently imposed strict laws for songs and films that may be too titillating for the small screen, has raised an objection over one of the songs of Singh Saab The Great. Recently, a similar issue was faced by Akshay Kumar starrer Boss for their song 'Party All Night' where a few words of the song were considered offensive.

Now, Singh Saab The Great is facing similar trouble over its song 'Palang Thod'. Apparently, according to the directive, the song is not suitable for national television viewing. The lyrics of the song go something like, 'Khaike palang tod paan, Tune le li meri jaan, Haari haari main haari, Chal hat beimaan'. It is a special dance number picturised on Sunny Deol, Simran Khan and Prakash Raj.

Director of Singh Saab The Great is miffed with the Board's decision since the filmmaker was not allowed to release this song during Diwali when he had decided to cash in on the festive TRPs. The director also alleged that they are being targeted since songs with worse lyrics have been given a clean chit by the Censor Board.
