Turning out to one of most surprising hits of the Indian Film Industry, The Lunchbox is going places. However, the film received much more appreciation abroad comparatively and now adding one more feather to its cap, The Lunchbox will be releasing in Zurich too.
While very few Hindi films have been given the honour to release in Zurich multiplexes, this film will be given a weekend slot for its release. We hear that the Swiss media is very intrigued about watching a love story of two lonely individuals who never met, in crowded city like Mumbai. The film had been made in collaboration with French and German producers and hence has been given a wide release in the European continent.
The Lunchbox is directed by Ritesh Batra and stars Irrfan Khan, Mrinal Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
