Talking about his role, director Raj Nidimoru says, "Yes, he is playing a superstar. His character is rather quirky and is a very important one to the film's story." Known for his impeccable comic timings, Govinda has delivered some interesting performances in the past in many movies like Coolie No. 1, Dulhe Raja and his last hit Partner.
Also starring Ileana D'Cruz in the lead, Happy Ending is produced by Illuminati Films and is directed by Raj N and Krishna DK.
