USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Currently, the Khan family is on high spirits, celebrating the arrival of a new member into their family, AbRam. But the actor and his family has once again been dragged into the High Court this time as social activist Varsha Deshpande accused Shah Rukh and his wife of conducting the sex determination test before the birth of their son.

Along with the Khan family, the petition is also filed against Jaslok Hospital, where SRK's son AbRam was born out of surrogacy, under the Pre-conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act which prohibits sex selection. Deshpande has also collected the required documents about surrogacy and the case from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The activist had previously too filed a case against the Khans right after the news of AbRam's arrival went viral but then it had been dismissed saying that Shah Rukh and Gauri were innocent.

Apart from AbRam, Shah Rukh and Gauri have two kids, Aryan and Suhana.
