USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Fans were eagerly expecting yet another surprise in 2014 with Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar coming together for Gutka. But looks like the association ended mid-way, since we learnt that Akshay has walked out of the film.
Karan recently revealed that he would love to do a movie with Akshay but currently Gutka surely isn't one of them. While buzz is that the movie will be shelved, Karan, however, maintained that the details are being worked out. Though the filmmaker decided to keep mum about the sudden exit of Akshay, it is being said that the actor wasn't happy with the final draft of the script.
Gutka is about the gutka trade and business which was supposed to be directed by Punit Malhotra.
