Kay Kay Menon to play negative role in Haider

Kay Kay Menon has recently bagged some interesting movies like Bombay Velvet, Shaatir and now the actor will be seen reprising a prominent role in Haider.

Being an Indian onscreen adaptation of Hamlet, Haider will have Kay Kay Menon's character inspired by Claudius, the evil uncle of 'Hamlet'. However, the actor revealed that his role will be very different from the Shakespearean characterization and is far more interesting than the original one. Haider is a film set in the 90s and is being majorly shot in Kashmir.

Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, Haider also stars Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles.
