USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Towards the end of 2013, we had reported that Farhan Akhtar would soon be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the film Raees. However, now we hear that Farhan has opted out of the film.
Apparently, the actor walked out of the film due to date issues, since the shoot of Raees would clash with Farhan's dates that have been allocated to Bejoy Nambiar's film. However, as reported earlier, Farhan will still be involved in the film as a producer, since Raees will be produced by Excel Entertainment.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, Raees will feature Shah Rukh playing a Gujarati character, and is slated to go on floor in mid-2014 and will hit screens on Eid 2015.
