USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Anupam Kher, besides being an actor par excellence, is also one of the names responsible for Bollywood's global recognition. Besides the multiple feathers in his hat, here comes yet another in the form of the prestigious International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) to be screening his short film titled I Went Shopping For Robert De Niro. The same will have a world premiere at IIFA on the 2nd day of the IIFA Weekend.
Talking about the film, Kher said that the film was an exciting journey for him, when last year, the iconic Robert De Niro visited his acting school 'Actor Prepares'. He also added that to have a world premiere at IIFA in Tampa, Florida, only showcased in essence the spirit of the short film.
The 15th IIFA Weekend and the IIFA Awards will take place at the Tampa Bay, Florida from April 23rd- 26th, 2014.
