Ajay is now all set to produce and direct a film titled Shivay, that's derived from the Sanskrit chant 'Om Namah Shivay'. This film will be presented by Eros International.
Ajay will be playing the central character in this action packed film that will be shot primarily in Mumbai and is expected to go on floors next year.
